Weighing in at ninety minutes of music, the score for Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is finally complete. A soundtrack album will be available at the time of the game’s release in Q2 2011. John Presley at Music Composer Blog interviewed Sam Hulick and discussed studio gear, trends in video game music, and also offered a sneak preview of a track from the Heroes of Stalingrad score.

Sam has signed on with Tripwire Interactive to compose and produce over eighty minutes of music for their upcoming title, Red Orchestra: Heroes of Stalingrad, a highly realistic tactical multiplayer game set in Stalingrad during WWII, during one of the most horrifying and brutal battles in history.

Sam has completed music production for BioWare‘s highly anticipated Mass Effect 2, having written around thirty minutes of material. The score features over 160 minutes of music written by lead composer Jack Wall, and co-composers Sam Hulick, David Kates, Jimmy Hinson, and music implementation/editing by Brian DiDomenico.
